Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 30-day (calendar day) return policy for those not satisfied with their purchase. The 30 day clock starts the day that your product is delivered. Please contact info@bigtimeofficialsstore.com for a return form to be sent via email. You will be given all necessary instructions on how to process your return.
Important: A product can be returned if and only if, it is unwashed, unworn, and contains original tags/packaging. If a product is returned and deemed "used" the return will not be processed and any shipping charges incurred by the customer will not be replaced.
Certain products are "non-returnable" such as whistles, any COVID-19 equipment (masks, etc.), compression gear, and custom or patched items.
EXCHANGES
A product can be exchanged for a different size/style if it is requested by the customer. The customer will be required to pay for the shipping charges for the item being exchanged, and the newly requested item. Exchanges will only be accepted if they are sent back unwashed, unworn, and contain original tags/packaging. If a product is returned for exchanging and deemed "used" the return will not be processed and any shipping charges incurred by the customer will not be replaced.
DEFECTIVE/MISSING ITEMS
If there is an issue with your order, such as, an incorrect item received or an item received in defective condition, we must be notified of the issue no later than 3 days after the delivery date of your order. You may notify us via email. We will then correct the issue at no extra cost to the customer. However, if a product is returned and deemed "used" the return/replacement of product will not be processed, and the customer could experience a restocking fee.
